Brief subject description:
Předmětem veřejné zakázky jsou stavební práce spočívající v konstrukci experimentální kobky a kontrolní kabiny pro instrument BEER ("Beamline for European Engineering Research"), který je nepeněžitým příspěvkem České republiky do výstavby velké výzkumné infrastruktury ESS ("European Spallation Source") v Lundu ve Švédském království. Zadavatel spolupracuje na návrhu, výstavbě a realizaci tohoto instrumentu s ESS a partnery. Pro realizaci projektu ESS je nutná kvalifikovaná práce a úzká koordinace mezi mnoha subjekty (včetně dodavatele, zadavatele, zahraničních partnerů a ESS). Výsledná konstrukce musí splňovat všechny normy a požadavky (včetně požadavků na radiační bezpečnost) pro její začlenění spolu s instrumentem do infrastruktury ESS pro výzkum, vývoj a inovace. The subject of the public contract is the construction of an experimental cave and control hutch for the BEER ("Beamline for European Engineering Research") instrument, which is the Czech Republic's in-kind contribution to the construction of a large research infrastructure at ESS ("European Spallation Source") in Lund, Sweden. The Contracting Authority is cooperating with ESS and partners in the design, construction and implementation of this instrument. The ESS project requires competent work and close coordination between many actors (including the contractor, the contracting authority, foreign partners and ESS). The resulting construction must meet all standards and requirements (including radiation safety requirements) for its integration together with the instrument into the ESS infrastructure for research, development and innovation.
