Brief subject description:
Předmětem veřejných zakázek zadávaných po dobu trvání DNS budou dodávky ICT zboží, které jsou definovány CPV kódy uvedenými v příloze č. 2 této zadávací dokumentace.
Tento DNS bude zaveden s využitím výhrady podle §38 Zákona, tj. je vyhrazen jen dodavatelům, kteří zaměstnávají na chráněných pracovních místech podle zákona o zaměstnanosti alespoň 50 % osob se zdravotním postižením z celkového počtu svých zaměstnanců.
Tato skutečnost musí být v souladu s § 38 odst.2 Zákona doložena v žádosti o účast potvrzením Úřadu práce České republiky
