Description: (optional)	Hodnocená nabídka získá takovou bodovou hodnotu, která vznikne násobkem poměru hodnoty nejvýhodnější nabídky k hodnocené nabídce a váhy kritéria. Nejvýhodnější nabídkou je v tomto případě nabídka s nejnižší cenou.
