The contracting authority hereby clarifying the description of the subject of the contract stated in the tender documentation and the purchase contract.
Original text was:
"Fully digital multi-channel AE-measurement system. It consists of parallel measurement channels and the system front end software which runs on an external PC. A measurement channel consists of an AE-sensor, preamplifier and one channel of an ASIP-2 (dual channel acoustic signal processor). Each channel combines an analogue measurement section and a digital signal processing unit. AE-features, such as time of the first threshold crossing (arrival time), risetime, duration, peak amplitude, energy and counts, are extracted by the ASIP-2. In parallel to the feature extraction, the complete waveform can be recorded to an optional transient recorder module."

Updated text is:
"Fully digital four-channel AE-measurement system. It consists of parallel measurement channels and the system front end software which runs on an external laptop. Each channel combines an analogue measurement section and a digital signal processing unit. AE-features, such as time of the first threshold crossing (arrival time), risetime, duration, peak amplitude, energy and counts, can be extracted. In parallel to the feature extraction, the complete waveform can be recorded using a transient recorder module."

The contracting authority also clarified the wording of Annex 3, point 3, new text is:
"3) Meets the qualification requirements according to section 11 of the Tender Document ("Invitation and award criteria"), by submitting a relevant document or by attaching a reference link confirming the existence of this company (issued by a state or relevant authority)."

The contracting authority also corrected the incorrect title of the contract in the header of the technical specification document.
